We require an individual to market and sell our online rental and sale ads to prospective clients. Prospective clients are those selling their property privately (FSBO), as well as landlords and property managers/ management companies with available rental properties. The position offers flexible hours and can be part time or full time.

Candidate should enjoy talking on the phone and emailing clients. Candidate will need to contact prospects by phone and email to introduce our site and online ad service. Continous calling and emailing is required, so candidate must enjoy speaking with clients on the phone, and must be organized to complete call backs as required. Must be able to master the use of our site, to assist prospects with posting their ads.

Calls and emails are logged in our internal system, and attention to detail is important.

Candidate will be provided with leads available on the internet, and will need to search our call logging system to check for previous contacts made with a particular prospect, or similar ads or events, and assess if the prospect should be contacted based on the information available to us, log current ads and events, and contact prospects when appropriate by email and/or phone.

QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:

• Stronge use of internet and ability to search for products/services
• ability to use outlook email client and windows based PC
• experience in sales or marketing is an asset
• must be a self starter
• work with little or no supervision
• interest in real estate, or past experience with rental properties/FSBO properties and or a positive experience with a self service real estate website is an asset.
• strong communication skills.
